The system
underneath
the human.

We spend enormous energy trying to change behavior. I got interested in what produces it.

Fritz Baertschy, co-founder and CEO of Rewired Dynamics

Thirty-two years leading people taught me the same lesson, repeated in different rooms: what you can see is the output. The work is underneath.

05 Core Dynamics studied
02 Products built on the system
01Core Belief

Most leadership problems, culture problems, and communication problems are symptoms. The deeper issue is the human operating system underneath them.

People bring their biology, nervous system, language, beliefs, identity, and relational conditioning into every interaction. Organizations don't operate independently of that. An organization is a collection of human nervous systems interacting with one another, every day, under pressure.

So before something is an operational problem, it's usually a human-system problem. That's the layer I work in.

Business problems are human-system problems before they're operational problems.
02Five Core Dynamics

Not traits to develop. Systems to activate.

These are the five neural systems I keep coming back to, across three decades of watching people lead, avoid, decide, and stall. Each one shows up as a felt experience before it shows up as a behavior.

DYN / 01
Strength
Seeing reality clearly. The capacity to stay with what's actually happening, internally and externally, without avoiding, defending, or building a story around it.
Neural efficiency, not force
DYN / 02
Loyalty
Loyalty to yourself first. Holding your values, truth, and boundaries without trading them for approval, comfort, or belonging.
Neural integrity
DYN / 03
Courage
Moving toward what matters despite discomfort. Not the absence of fear. The ability to choose past what the nervous system prefers.
A neurological process
DYN / 04
Strategy
Turning awareness into deliberate action. Reading reality, naming the target, and finding the next best move instead of reacting on autopilot.
Neural clarity
DYN / 05
Power
Ownership. I have choices. My choices have consequences. I'm responsible for the next one. Not domination. Direction.
Internal command
03Human Operating System

Not "who are you."
What are you running?

Every person accumulates programming, through experience, family, environment, language, and protective habit. Most of it installs automatically. None of it was reviewed for whether it still fits.

Many of those patterns weren't wrong. They were useful once. The only question worth asking now is whether the operating system that got you here still supports where you're going.

04Neural Language Alignment

Language isn't just communication. It's biology.

The words a person repeats shape attention, expectation, emotional interpretation, and physiological response. Rewired Dynamics calls this discipline Neural Language Alignment, NLA. It's not NLP, and it isn't word policing. It's awareness of how repeated language quietly reinforces the reality someone keeps living in.

Applied Examples
WHAT YOU REPEAT, YOU REINFORCE → WHAT YOU REINFORCE, YOU BECOME
goal→ target
failure→ drift
why did this happen→ what is happening
05About

Thirty-two years in the bay before I ever had language for the work.

I spent decades in automotive and motorcycle service operations, running multi-location teams and being responsible for the people inside them. Long before I had a framework for it, I was watching the same pattern: the technical problem in front of you is rarely the real problem. The real problem is the system producing it.

That's true of an engine. It's just as true of a person, a team, or a company. I co-founded Rewired Dynamics with Kimberly Galske to build the discipline I wished someone had handed me decades earlier, a way of reading the human system underneath leadership, culture, and performance, and deliberately upgrading it.

I don't call myself a coach, a motivational speaker, or a therapist. I don't coach. I uncoach: I don't add more advice on top, I help you clear away the patterns underneath. I call it human systems architecture. Go underneath the behavior. Find what's producing it. Work there.

08Connect

What if the problem you're trying to solve isn't actually the problem?

That's usually where the real conversation starts. If you're a founder, executive, or leader looking underneath the behavior for the system producing it, I'd like to hear what you're seeing.
