GRiT-related student data is collected to measure growth in mindset, emotional regulation, and wellness and is never shared in identifiable form.

We use your information to deliver services, process transactions, communicate with you, personalize your experience, analyze program impact, improve our offerings, maintain platform security, and send relevant updates or educational materials. Aggregated or anonymized data may be used for internal reporting and program evaluation, such as demonstrating GRiT outcomes in mindset, Peace Index growth, emotional regulation, attendance, and discipline improvements. No personal identities are disclosed in these reports.

For GRiT, GRiTspark, GRiTedu, and GRiTuniversity programs, we comply with school, district, and legal standards related to student privacy, including FERPA and COPPA where applicable. Student data is used strictly for educational benefit, program evaluation, and growth measurement. No identifiable student information is disclosed publicly. Schools and districts control student roster data and parent permissions.

Community Platforms

If you participate in our Circle, Kajabi, or other digital communities, your profile name or chosen display identity may be visible to other members. You control what you choose to share. Anonymous posting features remain anonymous unless you voluntarily disclose your identity. You may delete posts or request account removal at any time. Nothing from private journaling tools or reflections is shared without explicit permission
