Working here won’t be the easiest thing you ever do, but it might be the realest. We don’t do busywork. We do the kind of work that sits in your gut and whispers, “This matters.” The kind that calls you to become the person you were before the world told you who to be.

Rewired Dynamics exists because I watched too many people—teams, founders, students—burn out trying to keep up a version of themselves that wasn’t sustainable or real. I’ve done it too.

So we built something different. Something human. Something that actually works, because it’s rooted in brain science, not buzzwords.

About This Role

The Relational Integration Partner won’t “do sales," they will map aligned relationships and guide leaders to the right path (Black Crown, Un-Coaching/NLA, or GRiTcorporate), then own the close with clear yes/no calls. You sense readiness, create healthy curiosity, and keep a truth-first pipeline. 100% commission (1099), remote U.S., ~10% travel. If you lead with vulnerability, disrupt with integrity, and optimize for real outcomes, you’ll thrive here. 

Education Partnership Coordinator (GRiT)

About This Role

The Education Partnership Coordinator opens doors for GRiT (6-12) in schools and districts, building trust with leaders and connecting them to a curriculum that transforms student mindset, emotional health, and culture. This isn’t about cold calls,  it’s about the right conversations with the right people, creating partnerships that last for years.
